My Sailor My Love has received its World Premiere 9.9.22 at the Toronto International Film Festival

“It’s never too late to love” and we surely love TIFF.

Klaus Härö’s Feature Love Story has received its World Premiere 9.9. at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival. The film is represented at Toronto by the Director Klaus Härö, Leading Actress Catherine Walker, Writers Kirsi Vikman & Jimmy Karlsson, Producers Kai Nordberg & Kaarle Aho from Making Movies and Producer David Collins from Samson Films. The Global Distributor Global Screen -a TELEPOOL Brand is represented by SVP, International Sales and Acquisitions Klaus Rasmussen & Head of International Acquisitions and Sales, Julia Weber.

In his opening speech Director Klaus Härö takes the stage in great spirit, joking and thanking the TIFF Senior Programmer Steve Gravestock. Härö’s speech joking about the similarities of Finns and Irish pessimism makes the audience laugh out loud. –My Sailor My Love is a Co-Production between Finland and Ireland. The speech is spoken light heatedly but has a true meaning on thanking TIFF in deep gratitude for selecting the film for their program.
