THE QUIET LIFE RECEIVES A STANDING OVATION
Cast and crew members of Quiet Life at Venice International Film Festival
Quiet Life is a French production, directed by AlexandrosAvranas, with Making Movies Oy as a minority producer from Finland. The production design is by Markku Pätilä, original music by Tuomas Kantelinen and lighting by Ville Penttilä. Playing supporting roles are Anu Sinisalo and Alina Tomnikov.
In addition to Sweden and Estonia, Quiet Life was filmed in Finland at the Paimio sanatorium.
Quiet Life is a part of the Orizzonti (lit. ’Horizons’) competition of the VeniceInternationalFilmFestival’s official selection in 2024. It runs as a parallel section to the main competition for the Golden Lion.
Production Designer MarkkuPätilä, Composer TuomasKantelinen and Producer KaarleAho from Finland attended the International Premier.
